Weight-losing Feed System
工作原理：
一个完整的T运行周期内，计算机控制上料电振机工作，物料进入计量仓，达到设定值后停止，稳定后计重量。然后下料电振机工作，放出物料，稳定后再计重量。通过计算得到此次下料的重量, 与设定值比较，自动将其误差转到下一个周期补偿。
During the circle T, the load vibrator works first and drives the materials into bucket, stops when weight reaches the point which is more than target; then waits for stillness, then weighing. Second, the discharge vibrator works and let materials out of the bucket; then waits stillness, then weighing again. Calculate and compare the target, returns the error to the next circle.
电磁振动给料机是一种可调送料驱动装置。
用于把块状、颗粒状及粉状物料从贮料仓或漏斗中均匀连续或定量地给到受料装置中去。例如：向带式输送机、头号式提升机、筛分设备等给料；向破碎机、粉碎机械喂料，以及用于自动配料，定量包装等，并可用于自动控制的流程中，实现生产流程的自动化。

工作原理
在一个运行周期T内，先控制上料电震机工作，物料进入计量仓，达到设定值后停止并且稳定后，计重量；然后打开放料闸门，放出物料并且稳定后，再计重量，即得到此周期下料的精确值（静态计量值）；根据给定值，自动将其误差传到下一个周期进行补偿。
单路产量：0.1-60吨/h
