Airproof Speed-Vary Feeder
1. Function: It is mostly same as 3N-PT feeder in general structure, specially use for powder materials.
Differences in structure are:
(1)With a cover (can be open) on the top of the feeder against dust, it prevents materiel from being spray off. That avoids both pollution and waste.
(2)Special design inlet chute, Powder materials delay by some chain first when they reach the feeder. That ensures keep air out of powder and make powder composed. Then powder materials are push down to form solid pieces by 1-3 rubber plates. That ensures weighing precise and reduces the risk of inflation.
2. Materiel: powders, granules, particles and mixture of fine powders.
3. Accuracy:
±0.5%.
4. Capacity: 0.1t/h～2000t/h.
5. Note: Because of limited height of powder materials piling on belt, wider belt with same capacity feeder is needed.
Predominance:
A. As a belt feeder, it is more precise than other kinds of weighing devices.
B. The wind-borne dust is controlled.
C. Materials stop unit on both sides of belt edges to prevent materials from spilling out.
D. Belt running bias correction unit ensures the belt running straight.
E. Belt take-up unit ensures tension of belt to be invariable in long term usage, which is important for weighing precisely.
